Refund policy



Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since Your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in its original packaging.

There are several types of goods that are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Products that are NOT returnable:

  • No product that has any signs of use.
  • Gift cards or GIFT CARD.
  • Discount codes or coupons.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Digital products, courses, webinars.
  • Some health and personal care products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Keep in mind that the cost of sending the return mail on your own.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds can be guaranteed: (if applicable)

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or is missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after shipment.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in 7 to 15 business days.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)

If after the corresponding period of days, you still have not received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (where applicable)

Only regular priced items will be refunded, unfortunately sale items will not be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged and that have thus been received from the manufacturer, and once we have verified with you that it applies. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know of your return.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $ 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
